Sounds like you dodged a bullet on that one if it had things that old. Down here a 20 year old roof and AC that be asking for trouble during the hurricane season months.

Some places seem to have skipped Halloween and are already going xmas. Glad to see that is not everywhere. They still have a few holidays to go!
