Wow! The size of those Yams is unbelievable! In the States, our yams are about what you can hold in your hand. Small. The only place I have seen giant yams in West Africa, Ghana to be exact and you needed a wheelbarrow to get them home! I like dried fish although it is not common to eat it here.
