What an amazing open air market and the food all looks so good, even the ducks, though I know it is sad, but I do love the taste of duck.
We have many Portuguese who settled here in my state in the USA last century so we have some wonderful Portuguese foods, and chorizo is used quite a bit in local cusines of dishes and soups.

I have to admit that even though I try not to eat meat often, Duck Rice is one dish I can't resist. Specially when the cheese is melted just right.
