微信营销的一些注意事项

  我有个工作的微信号,主要是用来一些供应商和业务项目合作,工作主要用这个号码,平日里碰到的,无论是暂时合作或未合作的,我觉得未来可能有用或价值的,都会存储起来,以备后用。

  有时候我因为某件事情,突然需要寻找相关的供应商或销售合作,但凡有些印象的,我一般都会在微信通讯录里去寻找,多次之下,感觉效果还不错,既节约时间,又提高效率。

  但是在浏览的过程中,我也发现了一些奇怪的现象,准确地说,作为市场销售人员,有些人就做的很到位,你看到他的微信或聊天记录,很快在几秒中之内就能回想起他所从事的行业或具体工作容易,然后你会因此快速作出判断,当下是否适合你的需要等。

  而有些人的微信号,无论是从微信昵称,或者是发送的聊天内容,甚至其朋友圈发布的内容,让你看完后仍然丈二和尚般摸不着头脑,因此,我写了这篇文章,希望对那些做市场销售的朋友能提供些参考价值。

  1、微信昵称里避免一些如最前边带“A”字母、名称里包含特殊字符等

  这种人一般是希望自己的号码排在目标客户通讯录里的最前边,有些人用1个A,有些人甚至用5、6个A,到目前为止,我不认为这种方法对客户会有多大帮助,如果只是将自己的名字排在最前边,而没有考虑是否为客户提供清晰的方向价值时,充其量只是个名字而已,而且一长串的AAAAAA还会让人眼神疲劳心生厌倦;

  


  2、微信名称设置一定要真实或让人信服

  有些做市场营销的同学,喜欢跟大家一样用些花俏的昵称,这本没有太大问题,但头像设置也不严谨,比如用一些名人头像等,试想,如果你的潜在客户看到这个,心里会如何想?你连自己的微信号,从昵称到头像,都不是真实的自己,如何让客户信服购买你的产品/服务就一定不会也掺了水份作假呢?

  3、避免发鸡汤或无关痛痒内容,频繁骚扰你的用户

  有些新入行销售的同学,总喜欢时不时发一些所谓鸡汤语录、天气时刻等信息给用户,而且天天都在那里发,这类信息大多对你的客户不能提供什么实际价值,反而可能平白让人觉得浪费时间,因此建议,与其发一些无关的内容,不如好好整理下,发送些你的潜在客户在乎的一些相关内容吧。

  


  


  4、减少语音内容,尽量文字发送

  有些销售人员图省事,总喜欢跟客户发送语音内容,殊不知这样做,虽然方便了自己,但多数时候对客户造成了一些困扰,甚至不便。比如,语音收到后,需要全部听一遍,有时甚至要反复听多次,才能明白其意思,以后再想看,也必须再次重听,而有时候客户所处场景也许不是很方便收听语音等。而文字就方便多了,一目了然,直观又准确,不容易造成误解。


  


  一些建议。如果你想通过微信等做销售,又不想让工作跟生活混在一起,建议你可以给自己也多一个新的工作号码,专门用做工作场景,可以从昵称开始设置起,注明自己的名称、行业、甚至具体擅长,方便的话最好也注明联系电话等,至于微信头像,也建议用个人头像,或者产品销售等相关的,注意一定不要用那种虚假的,跟你完全没关系的头像。
