My Kind Of Advent Calendar
Prior to today, I had never heard of or seen this sort of advent calendar.
Upon reading the description for the package, it sure peaked my interest. I have seen a variety of different advent calendars over the year, but cheese? Yes please.
Apparently when the cheese calendar had first been introduced, it sparked a social media frenzy.
Now, you can find a variety of cheese calendar options on the market, ranging from less than $10 to more than $30, offering a wide range of cheese types to try.
You can find one at target for $20.
The first cheese calendar reportedly debuted back in 2017 and it quickly demonstrated that there is a huge market for this product.
It reportedly all first got started when one individual, blogger A. Hobson, couldn't find a cheese advent calendar for themselves and so they quickly sought to make the product and thought there might be others out there who would also want such an item, they were right.
It wasn't long before a campaign, under the tag #CheeseNotChoc had gained thousands of people showing support for the idea and finally it launched into stores.
You can now locate these cheese advent calendars in a variety of regions around the world.
"I shared a prototype of this last year, and nearly 4,000 people sent in their feedback on how to bring the idea to life. I'm so proud of what we've created and couldn't have done it without the support of the cheese lovin' fanbase!' - A. Hobson
They are expected to sell out in a number of places because of the high demand for the item. There are hundreds of stores around the UK, United States, Canada, and elsewhere that will be selling the product.
Hobson originally had zero knowledge of the cheese industry but she eventually figured out how to pitch to dairies, as well as different outlets, to locate different packaging firms, and eventually find her way to a fully realized product.
The cheese calendar has previously shown an even greater demand for chocolate options, performing as the no 1 supreme promoting advent calendar across all categories, even outselling the popular chocolate ones.
Cannabis Too?
Aside from cheese options, today you can also find craft beer advent calendars, whiskey options, coffee, calendars that are full of grooming supplies, beauty products, protein balls, candy, teas, spices, beard oils, a variety of Harry Potter socks, and even cannabis calendars.
Authorities issued caution over the cannabis calendars previously, because the companies behind them didn't have the proper licensing, but even with that risk the public still demonstrated incredible support for the product and idea.
No surprise that both the cannabis calendar and the cheese calendar have been flying off the shelves. Leading you to wonder why did it take so long to come up with such a good idea?
Those cheeses looks delicious😋 enjoy!
