Crispy THC Fried Chicken

What's better than making delicious homemade crispy fried Chicken ? Well how about with some sweet THC oil!
Fried chicken is one of the most appreciated dish of all time. It is such a basic, but perfect!
This recipe will teach you how to make some lovely homemade Crispy THC Fried Chicken in no time and without requiring any special skills in the kitchen!

Cannabis Oil Ingredients:
10 g ( ½ ounces) of finely ground marijuana.
500 g (18 ounces) of cooking oil.

Making Your Canna Oil:
Boil your oil in the saucepan on a low to medium heat. Make sure that it doesn’t boil
Once hot, drop in the 10g ( ½ ounces) of fine ground cannabis and stir thoroughly (remember that the oil does not boil).
Let cook on low heat for approximately 1.5-2 hours, after that take marjiuana off the stove.
Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth and into the container that you will be keeping your silky Canna-mixture
Place the Canna oil jar in a dark place or in the fridge for storage.

Ingredients:
chicken breast 800g
Rosemary 2 sprigs
lemon juice 30g
Lemon zest 1
Olive oil 30g
Fine salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Smoked Paprika 2 teaspoons

FOR THE BREADING
Flour 150g
Unsweetened Corn flakes 100 g
Eggs 4
Sprig Rosemary 1

FOR FRYING
Seed oil + Your Canna Oil

Step 1:
To make the fried chicken start by cutting the chicken breast into pieces.
Then put them in a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, sprigs of Rosemary, lemon zest and its juice.
Drizzle it with olive oil and with paprika. Mix to flavor chicken, then cover with plastic wrap and set aside to marinate.

Step 2:
For the breading: pour the cornflakes in a blender, add a sprig of Rosemary. Mix it until become crumbs. Now you can prepare crispy THC Fried Chicken.
Take three bowls containing flour, beaten egg and crushed cornflakes.
Take a pieces of chicken, roll them first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs of cornflakes. Breaded all pieces and place them on a tray.
Fry the chicken in seed oil and your canna oil, led to a temperature of 170° (to monitor better the temperature I recommend to use a food thermometer). Cook the pieces for a few minutes until browned. Once you’ve removed the chicken from the stove, place on paper towel to absorb the oil.

Looks tasty ass fuck. But what do you do with the oil when you are done? It must be a lot that goes to waste, or ?

I advise you not to use all the canna oil, but to mix it with seed oil. For example you can use 70% seed oil and 30% canna oil. So it lasts longer.
