If we hear someone talking about taking product out of state, we are obliged to refuse them service.

It's true. You don't have to live in CO to purchase, just have a valid ID with photo. But nothing is meant to be taken across state lines. And for some reason, people love to tell the bud staff their illegal plans. It puts me and the business in a tough spot when someone tells me that they intend to break the law and I can prevent it.
