Have you tried visualizing for workout or sports?

Depends... how far is your kitchen?
As a fairly accurate estimation (counting the tiles) - 3 meters from my desk ! lol
Perhaps if the steps are lunges with weights...

It a BIG cup off coffee. Water weighs a lot!
You would need two- to balance out... And still.., lunges
i'd spill the coffee - so not possible - and 2 cups would be just downright self indulgent.
