Want a better Q&A for Steemit? The Steem StackExchange site has been proposed on Area 51 AGAIN!
Four months ago I tried to propose the idea of a Steem StackExchange site so that there would be a better place for people to ask questions and find answers to many of the questions we all have about Steem and Steemit:

For those of you that are on the StackExchange network of sites (e.g. StackOverflow, UXSE, etc), you'll know just how much traffic it gets from both new comers and very experienced people in various topic. So if you are like me and have spent a little bit of time on the StackExchange network and earned your reps, why not also contribute to another forum where you can help share knowledge of the Steemian world and help grow the community?
And if that doesn't convince you, look at the other cryptocurrencies that are there... and Steem is a much stronger community than most of them:
For those of you that are not on the StackExchange network, think of it as Quora but for special interest topics. I know that there is already a FAQ section on steemit.com, but I believe this is another way to try and provide discussion and exchange on a platform that can help support the growth of the community. Also, I think it helps investors see how much of a community is behind this platform and therefore the value behind investing in it.
But at the time I simply didn't know much about Steemit or even know enough people to get this idea off the ground. Four months on with a little bit more knowledge about the Steem ecosystem and more initiatives like @timcliff's 'shilling contest':

I thought it would be a good idea to give this another try so I went to the Area 51 section of the Stack Exchange site to do it all again!
So having already failed the first time but hoping that I have learnt my lessons, there is only one thing to do and click on the Create Your Proposal button:
And then start off by posting some sample questions there:
And then get more people to support the proposal by following, voting and posting questions and see if we can do better than the Bitcoin and Ethereum people!
