This is effin brilliant man. I realized that I was self talking (the wrong way) all the time before. I had unconscious discussions with myself ALL the time. And it was mostly discussing what MIGHT happen in the near or distant future. Like discussing every fucking possible scenario.
And people wonder why they get anxiety? lol..that's why.
Now that I have learned to control it, I can actually feel happiness and joy. Sure, I can have discussions with myself IF I WANT TO, and I can chose the topic.

I tend to go now: 'Oh, hello anxiety, my old friend' and it's so much better KNOWING it's your brain monkeys, which helps settle you down anyway. Yes @riverflows ! Wow yes to breath.. Its fucked up how people just dont breathe in the first place lol. So much going on, and with just shallow breaths, this also creating a lack of "life" in us. Shit , I see I have a couple of hours to bang out a post you gave me something to say! Try this trick to stop the mind chatter, or actually rather any mind activity - Just ask yourself quietly or out loud "What am I going to think next?" And then notice there's no thought for a good few seconds :)

Nice im happy people are enjoying the read! It really does fascinate me, the mind I mean and how its is pritty much everything and how we never get taught about it at school! I got into it mainly because its the biggest form of manipulation, from outside and in, and mostly we create it ourselves which is so unnecessary causing suffering to humans. Less suffering would make the world happier place !
Indeed. Most people are extremely unconscious. They are only instincts. Modern instincts, but instincts none the less. They just react spontaniously to things, and they react in the same illogical way every time.

Yeah, I was thinking about how amazing it is that you grabbed the opportunity. Very few people do that. Most people don't get on Steemit and try it out when you mention it. Hell, people could make a few bucks or even more just writing a little bit, talking to people, commenting. But no..just frown and keep doing the same old same old.

Yeah, people have more in common than we are taught to believe. Thats what I knew when I saw your sign. I knew immediately that this guy is woke. And you were. You realized that I was woke. Who is this guy who stopped and started ranting on about cryptos? And then you realize that we are everywhere :) It's the guy selling er lik..it's me, it's some guy in a suit. It's my computer geek neighbour, it's the guy with the Bentley. And we are all on a mission. We are investing in the future setting it up. I can almost promise you my guy, that you have changed your life completely. I know you love your life as it is..and so do I. I'm not rich or anything at all..but you know what I mean. You are now a crypto maniac. You know the game. You will be on the next thing. New social media on EOS..BOOM..you are there, trying it out. ETH airdrop..boom. its yours because you hodl. It will never stop. You will never stop. It's evolving like crazy. No one can stop it. Trust me..a lot of people won't have jobs 10 years from now. A LOT OF PEOPLE. They will earn with content, computer games, Virtual Reality, dividends, early investors, we will accept all sorts of different cryptos as payment. We will just call it money. Which kind of money does not matter. You tell me which one you want for payment. The banks are investing in it. They are bragging about it at Davos. They will change their business model completely. Fiat currency is dead no matter what happens. Like Mcaffee says..Pandoras box has been opened. I'm not sure if that means 1 million dollar btc in 2 years, but it means cryptos cannot be stopped. And it will grow.
Oh yes my man, i am a taker of oppertunitys and i really do love crypto! And fuck yeh who dosnt want to be rich?! This is one of the most uplifting replies to a comment that ive ever had! Steemit is already enough social media tings ,but im definatly seeing the same future as you described so investing alot 😀 i do enjoy this lifestyle but of course it would be true freedom to have time and a lot of wealth! Agree. Life is good as it is, but that doesn't mean we can't try to make it better in terms of wealth and economic freedoms.
