let them go. if you two are meant to be together they will return to you, much readier, and your love will be grander.
But really, if you love someone, why on earth would you want to let go of them in the first place?
you can't force someone to be with you, can you? Only thing you can do is love them, and ultimately this love must be free. If they want to go, let them, because in any other way they will not be really with you, it will not be love. Does it make sense to you?
