Right place at the right time I think! Brian happened to be walking to the store not long ago, and the owner here was backing out of the driveway, so good ol' Brian stopped him and asked if he rented any of it out haha He had been doing B&B's but just stopped because there was so much nonsense involved, so he just said 'sure'!
