Most people mistakenly believe that love and jealousy are intimately related; but, that is totally false because I particularly think that jealousy is contrary to love and perhaps is intimately related to immaturity, low self-esteem, lack of confidence in ourselves and in our partner, obsession and fear of losing the beloved person, among other things.

That is to say, the real provocateur of jealousy is not love, nor someone of "flesh and blood", but the imagination that we can have with respect to our partner, since the mind provokes figurative beliefs that do not necessarily go in accordance with reality, for being a very creative and independent "machine", for which, it often works and generates ideas and situations automatically and uncontrollably, which makes us believe and see things that are not true and we come to accuse other people without having evidence.

In this sense, our brain plays a negative role against ourselves, to make that excessive fear that we have of losing the beloved person, condition us to make us prejudiced and unhappy, and a series of consequences begins, being that a Once we lose confidence in ourselves and in our partner, the love relationship deteriorates over time and everything is destroyed in a vicious circle replenished by jealousy.

According to many authors, jealousy represents a disease, which some call it and others relate it to "Othello syndrome"; and according to wikipeda, it consists of a delirious and pathological disorder by which the person who suffers it is totally convinced that his or her partner is unfaithful.

Similarly, the "Celopathy" is pointed out, as an emotional response that arises when a person perceives a threat of infidelity and intends to defend, retain or harass something or someone they consider belongs to them.

In this sense, my final recommendation is to control the mind to avoid the delusions of the imagination, which generate excessive, compulsive and obsessive jealousy; in fact, rather we have a little more maturity, confidence, honesty, respect and high self-esteem to face the truth of any situation that makes us uncomfortable with our partner. Also, understand that the best thing that exists in a relationship is to consolidate efficient, responsible, mature and sincere communication, between both. Because we must be clear that if there is true love in the couple, there is no jealousy worth.
