you are something special Quinn.. What a lovely sermon, we have everything we need absolutely.. . if we can JUST drag our attention to this moment, and somehow set aside our wounding and our pain to be able to see the light of day..

I'm discovering this as I start to meditate again.. and realise that I really had no chance of being here in this precious moment, to enjoy and grab the joy of now without it..
