Richard Mark Hammond is a program presenter, journalist and English writer who has been known as the BBC's Top Gear presenter between 2002-2015 with Jeremy Clarkson and James May.Hammond introduced Brainiac: Science Abuse between 2003-2006 and Total Wipeout between 2009-2012 and Planet Earth Live in 2012.Hammond began presenting the television series "The Grand Tour" by W. Chumo & Sons. The program was assisted by top Gear Jeremy Clarksen and James May, an exclusive television series broadcast on Amazon Video for Amazon Prime users.Hammond launched in November 2016, in partnership with Grand Tour Tourists Jeremy Clarksen and James May, a social networking site called Drive Tribe. The site regularly publishes automotive themes. 

 

The beginnings of Richard Hammond

Richard Hammond was born on 19 December 1969 in Solihull. The older brother was one of three children of parents Elaine and Alan Hammond, a grandson of a family that had been working in the automotive industry for a long time. Hammond moved with his family to Ripon in North Yorkshire where his father worked in the field of proving the commandments in the city market.Hammond was abused by his schoolchildren because of his small size (as revealed in January 2013). He moved to Ripon Grammar School and Harrogate College of Art and Technology from 1987-1989. He earned the BTEC national degree in visual communication but chose not to follow this path.Hammond has worked in many radio stations including Radio York, Radio Cumbria, Radio Leeds and Radio Lancashire.

His nickname has increased in the seventh series of the program, when he ate the cartoon mimicking the behavior of the hamster.Hammond is the first presenter of the British mystery documentary Brainiac: Science Abuse in 2003, joined in part two by John Tickle and Charlotte Hudson.Hammond left Sky 1 after Season 4 and signed an exclusive contract with the BBC. The first episode of the new series Richard Hammond's Engineering Connections was presented on the National Geographic Channel.Hammond's photos featured many commercials for New Zealand's XT UTMS when he was in New Zealand in 2009 to shoot Top Gear episodes.Hammond is the first presenter of the British version of the American program Wipeout on BBC1.Hammond introduced the Crufts dog program in 2005 and the British Parking Awards for 2004 and 2005, as featured in the BBC's School's Out program, where celebrities answer questions about what they learned at school when they were young.Hammond hosted the British version of Total Wipeout and Sports Relief 2008 and hosted his Richard Hammond's Crash Course and 50 Years of Bond Cars, where he interviewed Guy Hamilton, who directed famous films such as Goldfinger, Diamonds Are Forever and Live and Let Die, as well as Sir Roger Moore, who played James Bond between 1973 and 1985, and James Bond's current representative, Daniel Craig.Hammond sided with his friend Jeremy Clarksen in 2015 and refused to renew the Top Gear contract with the BBC after Clarkson left him.The trio Richard Hammond, Jeremy Clarksen and James May in 2017 began the Grand Tour officially.Vampire crash:Hammond was severely injured while driving a jet-propelled vehicle while filming one of the Top Gear rings at the former Royal Air Force Elington, near York, where the frame was pierced while traveling at 463 kilometers per hour. Suffered serious brain injury, loss of memory and other injuries.The car overturned and rolled and ended up planted in the ground as the wheels rotated at 373 kilometers per hour. Richard Hammond 's personal life

Hammond began working for London PR in 1995, where he fell in love with Amanda Etheridge.Hammond asked one of his friends to ask Amanda to come out on time with him, because he was very nervous about doing so. They began to approach each other after several encounters, leading to Amanda's pregnancy in 2000. After their marriage in 2002, they married a daughter named Isabella, and several years later they gave birth to another daughter they called Willow.
