I just made this design as an act of joy and thanksgiving to all people who are behind this organization to help those Real Heroes specifically here in the Philippines. I know every Heroes gone through so much but because of "YOU", it gives many Filipinos who were undergoing Dialysis, it makes them stronger and stronger.
