Nobody doubts his talent but his inconsistent play will not translate well to the NBA. There were games I forgot Cam was even in the lineup. You need to have a killer mentality and I’m not sure he has it. He can be a solid player but I think Hachimura has a bigger upside and is worth the chance.
For those Americans who d'nt really know him, now is the good time to trust Filipino opinions, this guy is absolutely phenomenal. Japan is struggling in the recently concluded FIBA WC Qualifier in its early part(0-2 record) until they tapped Rui Hachimura. He is the youngest on that team, i believe, but he was their star-player, they won all games after that, even defeating Asian powerhouses.

kinda like how they picked Sato over Draymond Green and a few other stars that year. This team has no clue how to draft. They have made 2 good draft picks in the last 20 years, what a joke of an organization.
