I agree that LTC is extremely cheap right now. I think it's a great buy and will continue to buy as it rises without much fear. Thanks for the info to back your thoughts. I'm excited for the future in so many ways!

    I wouldn't say extremely cheap. But I do agree it looks like a great time to be buying in.
