I stumbled upon this feature while trying to buy certain altcoins on this exchange. Apparently, you can deposit your Bitcoin or Ether here and accumulate 0.066% interest every day.
In addition:

• actual interest fees is calculated every minute for such currencies as BTC, LTC and soon ETH (after beta period);
• your interest is paid every 24 hours;
• your savings account funds are in no way blocked, you can withdraw them any time or cancel your deposit and make them immediately available for trading.

I think this is a somewhat safer (there's always the risk of an exchange getting hacked, after all) option for people to grow their wealth in crypto without having to trade or play the market. 0.066% per day doesn't sound like a lot, and truthfully, I am already doing well by trading on the exchanges. But in comparison to the interest rate of my current bank's savings accounts, this is a way better offer. For newbies that plan to buy and hold bitcoin while it appreciates in value, why not hold it in a savings account at Liqui.io? That way, if all goes well, you'll have bitcoin that's worth more, and you'll have more bitcoin than what you initially put in. EZ.
