Fascinating and makes sense@jaichai. Thank you for the enlightenment. I have been fighting with willpower and food. The exercise component was missing. I shall give it a shot!

BTW, I didn't mention (because it would have been off-topic) that exercise is a natural anti-anxiety, anti-depressant and endorphin stimulator - an all around good deal, no?
