I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...
I took half a day off from my regular activity for my weekly family day as my sister and nieces were back from their holiday. Some other kids came by and we pretty much played all afternoon on the Playstation VR (I got No Man's Sky which I got to test out and is really excellent in VR). We also played outside jumping trampoline and throwing frisbees. So overall quite active day where I still got plenty of things done in the morning and the evening.
I feel like I've hit somewhat of a plateau on the weight loss as little seems to be coming off despite going to bed with somewhat of a hungry feeling having limited my food intake also sticking to the healthy options. I'm feeling quite good though and my skin really cleared up again.
