Sinusitis - How to treat?
Problems with sinuses have every 3 people in the world.
Prolonged use of antibiotics is harmful, but does not help in all cases. Here are some ways to deal with sinus problems:
1. Flushing the sinuses with sodium chloride solution, isotonic 0.9%. Preparation of isotonic solution - teaspoon of salt on a glass of water.
2. Sinus rinsing with rivolol solution - etacridine lactate.
3. Inhalations with essential oils - thyme and eucalyptus, which have bactericidal properties.
4. Flushing the sinuses diluted with a solution of hydrogen peroxide - teaspoon of 3% solution in half a glass of water, preferably half a glass of isotonic solution 0.9%.
Persons with persistent nasal discharge should perform allergy tests and report to the laryngologist.
