Weekends

Always have been wondering what is the best thing to do in weekends.

This 21 century, it allows us to do so many things, unlimited things only if having the right source at the right time. When I was a kid it was easy. Follow wherever parents are going, doing whatever they want me to do, or have some curious stuffs from school asking mom and dad if I can do or so. Life was easy. As long as I catch up what others do in school, and make my family happy and so.

But know it is quite different. Actually, it is a whole lot different. Not so sure what to do. Yes, I do still await the weekend throughout the weekdays. The job ain't that bad. It's just, you know, the job. But when the long awaited weekends are here, hmm... some will say I am insane not knowing what to do on weekends, or some can say that it is because I do not have a real hobby or so.

I have tried a lot. Going out with my closest friends, go out for a drive, visiting relatives, sightseeing, shopping, playing online games, abroad vacation, and even studying. Yep. I actually tried studying and had exams following up that study. Past the test. Nothing was enjoyable nor tempting. Meditation was good for only a month. Well actually that got through in the weekdays also so maybe that was good. Exercising is a different thing. I really don't like exercising. I tried for about 3 months, lost weight and it felt good! But after the long holidays of Christmas, ate a whole lot, drank like a elephant, and.. well all of you know what happens next.

People tell me it is because I do not have kids of my own. Once you have your own child, you won;t even have time to think they say. Well. I do agree with that. And yes that is not I really want. Of course someday I will marry, and well if all is right, I might have kids of my own. But know it isn't just what I do prefer.

Do anyone have a good idea?
