Today is my sons birthday! I woke early this morning because I wanted to go to the gym before preparing. The gym was very large and not very busy so I had many different machines available for me to use.
One of my favorite parts was the cleanliness of the gym. Towels and water were supplied to us and everything was kept nicely in order.
I have had a trainer in the past that I learned from but I didn't know about everything. On the treadmill, I was entertained because you could go ok Facebook, YouTube, and watch tv while running. Of course, concentrating on a screen while running is difficult so it's more for the walkers or listening to the audio.
During my time on the treadmill I had time to think. As I gazed at all the buildings, I was grateful that I'm lucky enough to own my own house and have another house in Jamaica that I know will be there.

What is up with naturalista...suicide is a decision caused by the person who kills their own body. You cant blame it on outside sources. You are responsible for your own actions.
