Even in Common-Law, the one making the claim has the burden of proof. When people pass judgement over others, it taints us all. I am deeply saddened by the behaviours that you are calling out, but I'm grateful that you are standing up to testify. I would urge you not to retaliate and engage in the types of behaviours they are doing. The energy of that will not serve you. Instead, I encourage forgiveness, walking the high road and leadership through example.
