it costs around HKD 9000 to rent such place. it sounds cheap but not really in Taiwan standard. Since the salary standard is around half or lower than HK salary standard.
Good thing in Taiwan is that you can find somewhere really cheap like HKD 2000 if you can accept any condition. Something HK just can't offer at all.
