Come visit my home in Taipei / 來吧來吧! 帶你參觀我的新居

Hello guys, It happened some of the fellow Steemian from Hong Kong discussed about the living condition outside of Hong Kong. Since I am moving to a new place very soon and I would like to take the opportunity to let you guys visit my place before it gets messy :)

前幾天剛好Hong Kong 的 Steemian 在問香港以外的居住環境是怎樣，剛好我準備搬新家，正好把握現在仍然很清潔的時候，給你們參觀一下吧。

My new home isn't big in Taiwan standard with only 900 sq feet (as Taipei City is still a very expensive place to live in) and the usable area is around 680 sq feet. As you can see from below, the living area is actually quite small. But one thing to note about this flat is that there are extra levels built within the same floor and this is actually a common design in Taiwan. Interestingly, this apartment actually have 3 levels built within the same floor.

新家沒有很大(因為台北市也是寸金尺土)，大約25坪（約900 呎)，實用大約是75%（約680 呎)。下圖可以看到客廳沒有很大，但是房子的特色是它的設計是樓中樓，意思是因為它一層很高，可以在同一層加建空間（變二層)，可以讓房子顯得比較大。有趣的是，這房子不只有二層，而是有三層。

Look what I get here, a projector! Now I can relax and sit back to watch my son graduation ceremony with my wife. Landlord even gave us a set of audio system to make it even sweeter.

你看我的生活水平多高，這裡有一個投射機，我可以跟太太坐下來欣賞兒子的畢業典禮。房東還附加了一組音響。。太好了。

Apart from above, I could also have the space to read and work here. I will even put my PC here so I would spend most of the time in here. Unfortunately, the design makes this area a bit stuffy comparing to the living room.

除了以上，這裡還可以有空間讓我閱讀和工作，我的電腦以後也會放這裡。可惜的是樓中樓的設計會令這邊比較悶熱。

Looking outside, it is the infamous Taipei 101.

It is a two bedroom with two bathrooms. Both bedrooms size are decent such that you can do more than just sleep.

樓下有兩個洗手間而每個房間的空間也很充足。

Lastly, the kitchen and the washing platform.

最後是廚房和洗衣機房。
