There are other techniques also & this does work for depression, anxiety and a host of other issues. It has worked for me! What you dont feel, in the unconscious, is creating symptoms to distract you. Usually repressed anger Rage and fear. Not the anger or fear you feel but the stuff you dont feel is what is creating symptoms. This is not make believe and has worked for many but you have to want it and have to do the work. Ps you do not have to uncover the exact reasons for repressed rage etc. Knowledge is the cure.
