Apple is a major player in the smartphone scene and takes up 12% of the population use of phones. In this how they all began, I will be explaining how the technology giant Apple started out. Hope you enjoy!

Starting out

The double Steves (Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak) created Apple Computer in 1976 and created the company in 1977 in California. Originally starting out creating computers, Apple was competing against big retailers but the hype died down and so did market sales. Steve Jobs was expelled from his position in 1985 but returned to Apple in 1996 when his company NeXT was purchased by Apple. Later that year he became the interim CEO and was then turned into a permanent position. He then decided to keep the company with simple designs and straight forward creativity, this is how the current Apple is like.

Growth

Apple released the iPod in 2001 which was a very successful venture, they then subsequently released the Apple iTunes music store into 2003 and that was also a big hit. With this new found popularity and superiority in the technology market they decided to remove the "computer" from the company name in 2007. The first iPhone was created in the same year and this was a major innovation. The iPhone 3G then came out in 2008 and the technology market had been changed forever.

Present day

They have now create several phones with some good and bad ones too. The newest phone of the series is the iPhone 7. They also have been releasing newer computers such as the Mac Pro and mac book. These are further helping Iphone reach the grasps of total market takeover and the end of the world!!! joking They have been a major deal in technology and hopefully will continue to be.
