Passion is the love behind work and motivation is the reason; if I make this very simple. Passion makes us feel the obsession to achieve something and motivation the ladder which helps us reach there. Or you may say that passion is Love, motivation is the will power. So if you only feel passion for doing something but can not motivate yourself to do that, the outcome will be Zero.

Let me explain!

Suppose, you want to be a great artist. You do love art and also do different types of artwork. But when you face the real world like you may not be able to sell the artwork, you may have to do the same work over and over again as per feedback and so many things. At that point if you fail to motivate yourself and focus on your goal 'to be a good artist', you will lose that, you may never gonna reach there or have to struggle a lot.

So why I'm sharing this. Coz, I believe we fail to point out this simple thing at an early age or before starting certain things and later discover ourselves all messed up. So my advice would be, before starting a new thing, ask yourself and try to figure out if it's only your passion or you are really motivated to do that.

You may take an example from any successful people from entertainers, artists, athletes or anyone and may notice that they struggled and managed themselves to this position. It does not mean that they always felt the same passion for the work; like training every day, doing the same lifts over and over and over. It's really getting boring at some point or even frustrating. But what makes them overcome that situation is motivation.

We have to find a way to kill the boredom & frustration and have to motivate us to show up on the stage of life brighten and lighten!
