There is Nothing Comes From Overnight, only by Accumulating Bit by Bit
Last weekend, I went to a training course, the professor talks with confidence and composure, his movement was coordinated, even the powerpoint slides, pictures, and text are perfect to flawless. Following his lively and interesting teaching method, I naturally entered the state of learning. Throughout the class, I listened to the stage with relish, never look away nor glanced at the phone.

The professor smiled and said, "Do you believe that I was a stutterer when I was young?”
Everyone looked at him in astonishment. The professor continued, "Every time you see me so relaxed on stage, you have no idea that I have practiced it dozens of times in private before each lecture. I asked myself to recite the importance of course so that I wouldn't go off topic on the stage. "

I admired him, but also convinced that there is no easy way to success, all is the result of the accumulation of intravenous hard work. When you see someone success on the stage, you will never know how much efforts and perseverance he made before the stage.
I have a cousin who is a car salesman (or saleswoman). She worked with the company for three years, from an intern, and promoted to sales manager. Her colleagues admired her for getting her promotion in a short period. But they did not know how much effort she put into the job.
When my cousin first started working, she adored people who could easily sell four to five cars a day. She thinks that those people are so successful because they have talent in selling cars. Until one day she was inadvertently informed that the company's top salesman, not only familiar with the structure of each car, even the machine parts are also well known.
Later, my cousin also started to catch up. To improve her sales ability, she read book about sales every day and studies the sales skill. To grasp the needs of customers, she specializes in applying for psychology course. By analyzing the customer's dress, language, and gestures, roughly judge customer's preferences; She also insists on driving all the cars she sells and find out what's the difference.
This seems like stupid insistence, but it helps my cousin improve every day, until the quantitative accumulated and changed into qualitative. Her performance is getting better; almost every month got the top sales.
No one can casually succeed. You can achieve your goals only if you continue to work hard, continue to experience and improve.
Last year, I joined a blogging group. One of the authors in the group is the prolific blogger, and almost every post, has more than 100,000 views. I think she must have a talent in writing from a young age, or maybe she’s smart, able to write and post every day.
Just when I envied her, I knew that she had been writing for ten years. Because of enough accumulation and practice times, no matter what kind of topic, she can immediately write a good thousand of words of article.
When I went over to other great authors, I found out that they are also had been blogging for years. Success is a gradual process, what makes us different from cow, is that cow will always progress unceasingly, but we will give up when met a little difficulty.
When you see a professional elite can randomly sign a huge contract, you will never know how much effort he put into, how many overtime he took, how many nights he stayed up.
When you see a professor's clear thought, speaking orderly, you will never know how many times they have repeatedly revised the speech, how many awkward moments he faced.
When you see some people have a harmonious family and a successful career, you never know how much pressure they have endured, how many times they have been in a dilemma, and how many times they weigh the pros and cons.
Many people envy those who are successful overnight. In fact, there has never been an overnight success in this world. If there is no effort, no accumulation of hard work, even if good luck landed on you, you wouldn’t have the strength to catch it.
