There is a saying that says, "the greater the expectation, the greater the disappointment."
People's disappointment comes from being too far apart from their own expectations, or maybe because the reality is too cruel. Despite getting prepared for the worst outcome, and thought that will be a little stronger even facing the worst results, but when the facts of the fresh drenched are in fronts of you like flesh and blood, you still get shocked.
It is not your mental ability is not strong enough, but all this comes too suddenly, too eager, too fierce, your heart was knocked into pieces.
I also often encounter this situation, a lot of times, I treat a thing attentively, treat someone sincerely, think that giving my sincere will have a return, thinking that my enthusiasm can melt everything. The future that I have dreamed of, depicting the good, full of joy to look forward to, but in the end, it is not satisfying and disappointing. I will have the feeling of a tremor, like a knife slicing my heart, feeling depressed, not wanting to do anything, don't want to talk.
People are the same, are emotional animals with flesh and blood, will care about other people's views on ourselves, will care about the success and failure, although we tell people we are brave, it is also a comfort we are trying to give ourselves. But in the end, we still have to face the reality, since it already happened, everything cannot be changed, we cannot go back.
People's pain, tension, loss, all kinds of negative emotions, all because we take the result too seriously, so always being careful, try to maintain, we care about the details and pursuing perfection, but lost ourselves.
If we don’t care so much about the outcome, only care about the enjoyment process, don’t care about the gains and losses, only worry about growth, perhaps we can gain more.
The things have already happened, remorse and blame are no longer help, take the time to summarize and reflect on yourself, so that you can ensure that you do not fall in the same place twice.
Nothing is bound to succeed, no one can foresee the future, no one can guarantee to be successful. Failure will accompany you most of the time in your life, rather than fear, it is better to be brave to take your steps, even if you already know the fact that you will fall, it does not matter, dare to take your first step, is considered as a success.
Today you are more successful than yesterday, tomorrow you are more excellent than today's you, in the long run, will eventually usher in your own sunrise.
A real warrior dares to face the dismal life, a real warrior dares to face the dripping blood. Since failure belongs to you, success will also be yours.
A life without failure is incomplete because those people never dare to face failure, so they never succeed.
