Flaunt wealth, fear, and the system
Why do we flaunt wealth? It seems like a stupid question.
Of course is to show off our economic strength, through the envy and hate of others to obtain the satisfaction of self-existence.
The sense of self-existence is the foundation of each person's inner self. Everyone gain it differently, some people gain through themselves, some people gain through others.
Through yourself, for example, you've done something that gives you clear feedback, and you get a sense of existence. Those who pursue their love in their careers are those who are able to find a sense of self-existence from the bottom of their hearts.
Through others, it is relatively passive, as is the case for most of us. Only when others recognize you and accept you, then only you will feel that you are full, contented, and existed.
This kind of self-acquisition, in a better word, can be said to be easily affected by others, and in the bad word, can be said that cannot be alone, always want to get feedback from others.
And flaunting wealth is the most clumsy skills, but also the most expensive one.
The highest level of self-recognition comes from doing things that you love, even if without any success, you will still feel a sense of satisfaction.
The second level of self-recognition comes from the things you do that are valuable to this society, and society gives you feedback on secular definitions, such as names and fame.
This level of self-recognition comes from the frustration of others, gaining a sense of self-existence by defeating others.
The final level of self-recognition comes from a sense of vanity by showing off luck and talent.
From this point of view, flaunting wealth is spending a huge cost of wealth where you don't think it's worth it at all, and society is becoming fairer in your eyes as a result.
FEAR
Why is it that even a very sane and atheist person will be terrified when walking into the haunted house?
For example, as a thorough scientific thinker, we know that the ghost doesn’t exist, but we will still afraid to watch horror movies, having a shiver when walking into a haunted house. That's because of the amygdala.
Normally, our eyes, ears, nose, skin and other organs that receive information from the outside world are sorted into a complete message within 0.08 seconds to communicate to the prefrontal lobe, which is then analyzed and processed. Then the movement area, the rational area, the memory area and so on begin to work, their respective roles.
But the problem is at that 0.08 seconds, and when the prefrontal lobe appears.

So a lot of times, even if you know that some things are fake, not terrified, but you will still be scared. This has nothing to do with guts, only about evolution.
SYSTEM
All the laziness that is stolen in the system will turn into slack and complaining from employees.
There's always a lot of news online about exploitation, harshness, harshness, and complaints about the workplace.
So Google's open and relaxed office environment, arbitrary leave system, has become the envy of the employees.
At first, I also thought that a company with a relaxed, harmonious and free working environment is a cool, successful and friendly company. However, there are conditions for their application behind any system and culture.
Google's development is relaxed and free, but behind the company is full of most bullish talent, is a group of self-driving super elite.
Their system is based on their rapidly growing business and the development of super-successful companies.
And you as a nascent startup company, without rapid growing business, without good teams composed of the collaboration system, not to mention a group of self-driving talent, and you want a relaxed, free, and stress-free work environment? Then what's left is just a group of old rabbits.
For most of our business ordinary, ordinary employees, ordinary group system, design a good set of system that suitable for the company's existing business system, and in line with the average level of the existing staff is the right way.
The company that does not have the space for personal growth, nor the direction of business progress, in order to retain talent, wanton connivance and tolerance, will not only let the company go downhill but also destroy those who once had the opportunity to severely become a talent.
Therefore, a good system is the core, the team collaborate under the system is the reason for employees to stay and believe, and the business will also become better in the future.
