Why do we flaunt wealth? It seems like a stupid question.

Of course is to show off our economic strength, through the envy and hate of others to obtain the satisfaction of self-existence.

The sense of self-existence is the foundation of each person's inner self. Everyone gain it differently, some people gain through themselves, some people gain through others.

Through yourself, for example, you've done something that gives you clear feedback, and you get a sense of existence. Those who pursue their love in their careers are those who are able to find a sense of self-existence from the bottom of their hearts.

Through others, it is relatively passive, as is the case for most of us. Only when others recognize you and accept you, then only you will feel that you are full, contented, and existed.

This kind of self-acquisition, in a better word, can be said to be easily affected by others, and in the bad word, can be said that cannot be alone, always want to get feedback from others.

And flaunting wealth is the most clumsy skills, but also the most expensive one.

For most of our business ordinary, ordinary employees, ordinary group system, design a good set of system that suitable for the company's existing business system, and in line with the average level of the existing staff is the right way.

The company that does not have the space for personal growth, nor the direction of business progress, in order to retain talent, wanton connivance and tolerance, will not only let the company go downhill but also destroy those who once had the opportunity to severely become a talent.
