Garden Reno

Hi everyone!

Hope you are having a great week! We’ve been doing a lot of garden work recently, well I say we I really mean my husband has !! We don’t have the biggest garden and we needed a large shed for more storage etc so we have planned out how to make the most of what we have! We decided to go for Astro turf as it’s such a small space and didn’t make sense for real grass that we’d end up walking over constantly to get to the shed and bring mud in the house. Plus it looks green all year round so that’s food!! We have also got our own huge hot tub.... and honestly it’s been worth the cost whilst I’ve been pregnant, it’s so nice to hop in it in the evenings when I’m so achy for a few minutes! It’s been amazing! So with that and the shed it hasn’t left a lot of room left for plants and growing veg and fruit! Chris decided to build a few beds out of decking boards which look amazing! We added a thin one to the fence for a small herb garden and it looks so food!! We are really happy with it! We just need to build some seating so we can sit in comfort and enjoy how nice it all looks now! Our pets are certainly enjoying it for now though!!
