This week I started with the advanced SCRUM master training. The first thing was the message to us that we had to memorize the Agile Manifesto. the essence is ' use common sense ' ;)
Hahaha ik begrijp wat je bedoelt , het lijkt de laatste jaren inderdaad bijna een must om volgens een snelle hippe methodiek te werken. Maar scrum, mits goed toegepast, kan zeker goed werken. Snelle ,kortcyclisch ontwikkelen maakt meer voorspelbaar en zet een team wel in zijn kracht en geeft verantwoording. Ik ben geen prediker hoor, heb mijn papieren en ervaring omdat het vaak op klussen gevraagd wordt en ik vind het leuk om een team zo op sleeptouw te nemen. Maar.....ik ben wel overtuigd van de effectiviteit van scrum :)

O nee....ik heb zo'n pest hekel aan dat soort 'hippe' methodes (tenzij het het werken niet in de weg staat)...vertel me dat het van iemand moest
Het is dan weer wel de beste van alle andere methodes als het dan toch 'moet'.
