Why 'Christ' Is Actually Our Heart & Religious Views of God Are Far From Accurate. We Are Tricked/Trapped Deliberately. God is Within.

in #life7 years ago (edited)

I have been part of many groups online for over a decade that focus on healing, spirituality and other related topics. As a result I have seen 1000s of memes and posts that proclaim to be teaching us how to live in health and service in an enlightened way - yet I know from direct experience that the majority are fictional and spreading incorrect information.

When I explain universal principles regarding consciousness, our true nature and our origins/destiny I intend to do it in a way that people can relate with and can experiment with to test if it is true - this is the only real and useful way to approach such topics. If you cannot test and prove an idea then what use is it? All you are left with is blind faith and that is the realm of power loss, confusion and a LOSS of self (the exact opposite of the purpose of exploring the topics in the first place).

As a child I did not attend church other than as part of my attendance at school - which involved visiting only at christmas, plus daily prayers in the morning and lunchtime. These 'prayers' were literally mind control in the form of repetitive conditioning and verbalisation of words and ideas which were never really explained. These behavior patterns are NO different to the kind of brainwashing we see in extremely authoritarian countries and so the idea that 'we' 'won' 'the war' never sat well with me since I could always see (even aged 5) that the alleged 'victors' of WW2 weren't really doing much to uphold 'liberty' and 'freedom' in their own countries - so how could they really be said to be heroes for killing people in other countries who weren't much different?

What I did have though was an innate connection through my feelings to what I automatically understood to be my real origins and connection to what others have branded 'god'. When I say 'god', I don't mean the version projected through most world religions and, in fact, when I was taught about the religious version of 'god' as a child I was totally confused and intrigued, because it had absolutely no similarity to what I knew to be god (although I didn't call it god). While I was being forced to sing songs about angels, jesus and my own alleged failings - I was also feeling a loving warmth that told me that these songs were pointless and wrong. That was god right there letting me know to keep going and things will get better.

Many people often quote what they think are the words of Jesus and some have even claimed that Jesus Is God, while everyone else is not God. To my understanding, even 'the bible' doesn't really say that, but they make the claim anyway. My understanding now is that 'Christ' is not 'a person', rather 'Christ' is an internal alignment that anyone can embody. Christ is essentially 'Heart' and I know for certain that any of us can either become heartless or instead embody real heart with every breath. When we are heart centered and awake in a balanced way as as a result, we can tune in to much more of who we are and of life in general. This is how we can connect in with our origins, 'source' consciousness and ultimately the real 'god'.

It is a testament to the level of mind control and deception on Earth at this time that if I mention 'god' publicly, I will most likely be ignored by people who switch off whenever the word is mentioned due to their rejection of religious indoctrination and I will also be ignored by people who claim to 'believe' in god since I am describing a god that is different to the one their beliefs allow them to recognise. So I am left only really able to talk to those who either already understand what I am saying or the few who are just open minded anyway.

There are many ways to find god inside us - but being mentally still (without control) and being open/receptive is always a good start. Understand that god is not purely masculine. god has many facets, just like we do and, in truth, everything is ONE. Given that everything is one at their roots, how can we ever be truly separate from god? We cannot. The most we can do is DENY our true nature and make it SEEM as if we are not in connection with god and our larger self. This is the challenge we collectively face - we are tricking and trapping ourselves through our own belief systems and then opening the door to others who try to continue the problem with their own tricks and traps that give them our own power. This is why you have 'preachers' flying around your planet in multi-million dollar jets, from their mansions - while their 'followers' sometimes even go broke just from sending them all their own money in donations.

Understanding deep truth about reality requires a degree of balance internally and yet the understandings also increase internal balance, which means that the first step to being who you truly are and finding god is to recognise where you are out of balance and make the called for changes to increase your own balance. This might mean taking steps, for example, to:

  • not participate in conversations longer than you really want to
  • not intoxicating your body to the point of it being overpowered
  • not ignoring the needs of your body to rest, exercise and play.
  • not eating dead matter, which is incapable of fully emowering your own living, vibrational essence - such as dead animal bodies.
  • not participating in hierarchic groups where you are forced to be subordinate and thus not entirely free.

These are all key decisions to make and the reason for them improving your balance can be proven logically - they require no faith of any kind to be realised as accurate.

Notice these are not 'commandments' or even rules, they are just decisions and choices that WILL result in a certain outcome that WILL promote internal balance, feeling better and a deeper resonance with life/creation and source/god.

There is no threat of punishment - we already get punished all day long while we are out of balance, just due to our loss of balance!

Wishing you well,

Thanks for the reminder / insight. Your words ring so true, both with regards to who / what divinity is and what it is not.

In particular, I liked the paragraph about how simply mentioning the term "god" evokes 2 extreme reactions from either god-believers or god-rejecters. And neither of them will take the time to consider what you are actually talking about, and what the term actually means.

As a point of interest, the great "theologian" Paul Tillich realized that god was not "a being" or "an entity" that existed way out there somewhere in some spiritual realm. According to him, god was nothing other than "the ground of being." And since we are alive, since we are being, we are essentially divine beings. But such ideas are not even understood by most seminarians or preachers, and such ideas are hardly ever passed on to the congregations in any church.

As for christ being our heart, that is simply another truth that most people are not ready for and can never accept. For them, it's easier to believe a (profoundly meaningful, but mythical and distorted) story of someone who lived long ago and who was supposedly perfect.

Ironically, the easiest thing to know / believe is the truth that we are divine. Unfortunately, it's also easy to forget.

Namaste.

Well said, yes - I agree. The simplicity is of a form that is just not being allowed space for our in our currently distorted cultures. I will only add another important key here, which is that 'divinity is caused through self acceptance'.

This exemplifies my entire life. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this. Your list is kind of agreements I made with myself one day. Not entirely the same but definitely very close to how I view balance in my life. Very intriguing. Good stuff!

Excellent! Followed! :)

Keep sharing, I like it when you suggested:

  • not participate in conversations longer than you really want to
  • not intoxicating your body to the point of it being overpowered
  • not ignoring the needs of your body to rest, exercise and play.
  • not eating dead matter, which is incapable of fully emowering your own living, vibratipnal essence - such as dead animal bodies.
  • not participating in hierarchic groups where you are forced to be subordinate and thus not entirely free.

100% upvoted Ura, now please also post something +positive, light, and encouraging for all of us to nourish our soul and lift our spirits.

Thankyou! You can check my posts - I have some uplifting tips for greatness and messages about healing with love. :)

These 'prayers' were literally mind control in the form of repetitive conditioning and verbalisation of words and ideas which were never really explained.
We are on the same page here. I really enjoy the works of Baruch Spinoza; this 17th century philosopher painted the picture of a universal god. Way ahead of his time. One that is not a fictional idol but rather one found within. To know god is to study the physics and nature of the world.

Great! I agree that you can study and actually find god through study of creation and especially sacred geometry - this was understood by our 'ancients'. If you examine the chakra system and actually perform correct yoga and also work on your psychology, emotional body and other energy bodies with the intention of healing, balancing and evolving - you can actually receive the light from 'source' god directly - which i have done. At that time I did not know it was possible - but it is essentially 'the light' that people refer to in 'near death experiences' - but opened and received without death.

I think you're on the right track. I'm not convinced that all of your examples lead to imbalance, but as a property dualist I do think we're all made of the same stuff and that the highest realization of our potential is to align with each other in sustainable and scalable patterns. Defining God as literally truth and love is a good place to start.

Well, the truth does not need to be convincing - it's just a case of having the experiences and asking the questions needed to reach the understandings involved. Yes, balance is very much about aligning collectively in sustainable and scalable patterns - excellently said.

For me, God is not truth and love - rather God is an actual essence that basically creates everything in this universe and which we are a part of. The infinite nature means that god is both a scumbag and a genius lover! The challenge is in understanding how individuation has allowed for these opposites to co-exist simultaneously.

Of course belief doesn't change the truth, but people who believe what is true are more beneficial to each other than people who believe falsehoods. As such it is advantageous to spread truth and to identify areas of agreement and disagreement for refinement.

Leonard Read has some worthwhile writings on this topic I only recently discovered through FEE's (very) brief collection of some of his work. I'd recommend it if you have the chance.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'essence' in defining God. Do you see both individual humans and God as atomic/indivisible beings? I see them as more fluid, with the delineation between 'individuals' based on shared character or values. So I see God as defined by perfection of character, and anything that conforms to perfect harmony becomes part of God. 'Scumbag' to me indicates a character that creates conflict and destroys harmony, and seems incompatible with that definition of God.

I have come to understand that beliefs always include a degree of error and furthermore they are literally a way of taking a thought and declaring it is true without actually knowing. For this reason I aim to remove all beliefs and so I am just left with thoughts and knowingness.

There is a continuum which we call life which involves individuation within creation into different beings - however, the 'medium' within which this occurs is also god. The medium is the feminine, magnetic will/mother and it is almost totally denied on Earth (especially in religion) so we are largely ignorant of it. Since humans have evolved in ignorance of this key aspect of who we are, we are left with a polarised reality where we strongly experience many different ideas of our relation to god. The best understandings I have on these topics have come from this book series. They explain that while all is one and each human is an extension of god - it is also true that there is a main 'focus' of the essence of god at the center of this universe so it is the case that there is an actual 'god being' but it is also true that we are parts of that being, in a sense, too.. So as an analogy, if we were to go 'there' it might be something like an octopus being visited by one of it's own tentacles that was hugely long and which rarely visited it's main body. Something like that ;)
