• not participate in conversations longer than you really want to
• not intoxicating your body to the point of it being overpowered
• not ignoring the needs of your body to rest, exercise and play.
• not eating dead matter, which is incapable of fully emowering your own living, vibratipnal essence - such as dead animal bodies.
• not participating in hierarchic groups where you are forced to be subordinate and thus not entirely free.
