Mangoes are common fruits easily found in tropical countries like Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand etc. There is a mango tree at my backyard. I like the mango tree because it provides a shade especially during a hot sunny day. The tree has attracted squirrels and birds. Personally, I enjoy the most when it gets into the fruit producing season, which means it supplies us with mangoes for our delight.

The mango season of Sabah is June to August. It is disappointing if no mango is found on the mango tree during the season. If it continues without fruit, the owner may have to consider chopping down the tree. Therefore, a mango tree is a good tree only when it is able to bear fruits up to the desirable quantity and give delight to people eating its fruit. Therefore, it is good because it functions according to the purpose of its owner.

When a mango tree is planted, the planter or owner has a purpose in mind. Human beings can also be like a mango tree. Our owner and master who caused us to be in this world should have a purpose for us. Comparing a mango tree, our goodness is not only measured by our conduct, but also our function. A mango tree has to bear fruit up to the quantity and taste of its owner. We do need to function according to the purpose of our owner and master. Do you know your Owner and Master and the purpose of living?

芒果是在马来西亚、菲律宾、泰国等热带国家很容易找到的水果。我家后園就有一棵芒果树，我喜欢这树，因为在炎热的阳光下它提供了一个较凉爽的地方。这树也经常吸引了松鼠和小鸟。就我个人而言，进入芒果季节时，我特别喜欢享用来自我家後園的芒果。

沙巴的芒果季节是由六月至八月。如果在这个季节芒果树上没有芒果，这是令人失望的事。假若一棵芒果树持续不结果，有关的主人可能会考虑砍伐它。因此，一棵芒果树也只有能够达到应有的産量，并让人能好好亨用它的果子才能算是好树。如此，它也等于發挥了栽种它的目的了。

通常种植芒果树时，种植者会有他的目的。人类其实也像一棵芒果树，我们进入了这个世界必有其目的。比起芒果树，我们的生活不仅仅在于要有好的行为，还要取决于我们有否發挥人的目的。芒果树必须达到其主人所预期的產量和口味。我们人确实需要按我们的设计者来生活。你知道你的设计者和人生的目的吗？
