Daily Grind
The daily grind! Would you believe it if I told you that we all have one. Although in comparison there is a lot of difference. What would you consider to be your daily grind? There are a couple of aspects to the grind on a daily basis. You have the physical or external grind, you also have the spiritual or internal grind. These two are synonomous and can affect each other in the way your overall grind plays out for the day. It is important that we do not neglect the spiritual for the physical. We are Spiritual beings living in a physical body. There is a lot that comes into play when our souls are part of the equation. There is a path that one needs to be on when the trumpet blows. Examination of ourselves to see if the right path is chosen is crucial for our Eternity.
