I learned long ago not to defend people I don't know real well and in person there agenda may not be what you thought, I have no Idea why Troy needs you to defend him, or you fell that he needs you to defend him. he at this point should be an adult, he has a baby and should be able to take care of himself and his wife and child on his own. all he ever does is make excuses why he can't do things all those excuses have easy solutions. Troy could easily clear this up by showing his clean up footage after he moved, he is liable for the cost of clean up as a renter, if you rent a place and do damage above normal wear and tear you are liable, for the clean up costs.
