Today is the 20th of May 2017 - five years into a life sentence
Five years ago today the day was chilly, but the sky was clear, there was no wind. An auspicious start for my journey into matrimony.
Today, the day started with rain, even a little hail, just like the start of my life with Vera. But now the sun has come out and the world is sparkling with the promise of a beautiful day.
It has been a wonderful five years, and I have enjoyed sharing it with an amazing woman.
Every day with her is a blessing (as @lordvader would know) and I'm looking forward to many more happy years, as we Steem on together.
