It's taken me a number of years, but I'm finally getting better about listening to my body when it comes to pain. Sorry to hear about your injuries, and I hope they continue to heal as quickly as possible.
Thank you! The positive thoughts really help me heal faster. I spent a lot of time laughing last night in hopes of boosting my body's recovery.
