Toilsome Tueday

Today’s cool weather from the rain was nice while I was working. Even if it was a little muddy, I always enjoy myself outdoors after it rains. Work during this morning was easy enough, with almost nobody home it went by like a breeze.

It wasn’t until this afternoon that the going got a little tough. A coworker and I had been assigned to a bigger kind of job that basically entitled me digging a ditch around this huge new garage being added onto this house. The whole thing was more garage than house and it sat directly behind the owners other house so I think he bought this smaller house behind his to get around zoning to have a giant garage that’s technically on another property.

Anyways, I dug out the trench, and also poured all the buckets of solution in them and covered them up. All the other guy did was fill the buckets for me and disappeared for a half hour or so until he showed up with some McDonald’s. At least he brought me a sausage egg McMuffin to eat since I was starving from the strenuous physical labor.
