Supreme Saturday | Funny Selfie, Quesadilla and Chinese Food, & a Nice Fortune Cookie! 🥠

It was a nice relaxing last Saturday of this year! This time of year is always conflicting to me, because on one hand it’s just the regular day to day blur, and on the other hand it’s exciting because it is a new year full of new promises, surprises, and new beginnings.

Anyways, for lunch today was some tasty chorizo quesadillas. The photo above is the filling, which of course is chorizo bolitas, queso Oaxaca, onion, and cilantro.

Wrap that up in a tortilla and cook it up so it’s nice a crispy and serve with lime and salsa verde, yum!

After a while in the afternoon, I got bored and decided to try out an app on my phone that I haven’t used in a long time. It’s basically like a Chinese version of Snapchat I guess?

It makes some pretty funny pictures, but they changed it and it doesn’t have nearly as many effects as it used to have, and I think you have to buy the extra ones now, which is a bit lame but whatever, it’s just a silly app anyways.

I got hungry again so I went and got some Chinese take out that has a shop nearby. Greasy chow Mein noodles, orange chicken, and Mongolian beef really hit the spot as I ate it watching some more Detective Conan.

I certainly hope so! And with the new year around the corner, this fortune from a cookie is even more exciting!
