The Beginning of My Weight Loss Goals!
Hey Guys this post is something that will hold me to my word and keep me motivated!
My starting weight loss was 220lbs and I am now down to 190 lbs!! I know it is not good to set a weight goal... but I would like to drop to 165 if I had to set a goal. What I am mainly going for is to lose the body fat that I have accumulated so that I can be happy with myself and look in the mirror and be happy with what I see. I then want to bulk up and increase my muscle mass!
