Rejected....
We've all been rejected.
When we are rejected it really hurts. Is it?
And most people can not accept rejects well.
We got that. I am also no exception.
In fact everyone will be disappointed in various angles throughout our lives.
we can not run.
You may experience rejection when applying for work, proposing someone and in love, or perhaps asking for a raise from your boss.
Sometimes, our proposal or idea in the conversation is rejected outright, without being heard first.
I know it is a bitter experience to pass, but be grateful that it is one of the lessons God wants to give us.
Yes, lesson.
So we can get to know the realities of life and learn something from it for our lives in the future.
Most importantly, do not let this bitter experience strike the happiness we feel all along.
Accept that rejection well as one of life's challenges, and always do not despair to find new ways to achieve a better life.
1. TAKE TIME TO CALM DOWN
If you feel sad when rejected, it's normal.
No harm to us we are sad. Take time to calm down. Find a safe place, take a deep breath and sit quietly enjoying the atmosphere.
But the long way in grief, just take a little time to give relief to our hearts. Let it go.
We can also do shooting things to forget disappointments such as playing video games, reading books, watching movies, and coming out with friends.
The important thing is we are able to calm down and not let the melancholy envelop us.
In my experience, the best thing to do to calm the heart is to sit and pray for the circumcision. After that, read the Yassin surah.
InsyaaAllah, after that you will feel the necessary calmness.
2. DO NOT KEEP IT IN YOUR HEART
There is a time in this life, we are rejected due to the gloomy times.
If we invite someone to go out to eat, while he has been eating, indeed they will refuse. If we want to borrow money from our friends, while at that time he also need money, surely our request will be rejected,
Half the rejection has nothing to do with us.
So if we are let down, it does not mean that people do not like or think about us, but they may be related to inappropriate times.
3. DEVELOP POSITIVE THOUGHTS WHEN REJECTED
This is the most important and necessary point.
It may be difficult at first because we are more likely to think negatively. Shaitan also actively blew 'evil thoughts' during our time we are disappointed because our hearts are in an unstable state.
However, God willing we as believing Muslims can certainly do it. That's why we are encouraged to suspect both in every case, including when we experience disappointment when rejected.
Talk to yourself positively. Example:
"He did not pick me up to the thanksgiving majlis at his home probably because he was too frantic to look out for me"
"He refused my application because we have so much in common. There may be a problem in the future if he accepts me. God willing, Allah will match me with a suitable person and better yet "
"My paperwork was rejected because some things need to be added better. Insha Allah I will try again "
Unwittingly, we will educate the heart not to grieve and become stronger again. Train minda to focus more on our goodness and superiority.
Negative thinking will only weaken us and trap us in sadness.
4. WE NEED TO KNOW THAT EVERYONE HAS BEEN REJECTED
There are 6 billion human beings on this earth. We are all beautiful, unique and different.
There must be times when we are needed and there is a time we will be rejected. Dismissed. Direject.
Everyone has experienced it. Certainly!
Even the Prophet Muhammad himself was rejected when preaching in Ta'if.
Robert Kiyosaki and JK Rowling have also been denied their manuscripts by book publishers.
So do not get caught up with the game of emotion. This is an ordinary matter in the reality of life.
Let us not be so emotionally able to channel our sadness with degrading matters such as overeating, smoking and self-injury.
Much istigfar - InsyaaAllah with the remembrance of Allah we must be sentimasa sane and be reasonable in every follow our horns.
5. FEELING CONFIDENT WITH OURSELVES AND WHAT GOD HAS SET
Learn to be confident with ourselves.
Believe that everyone is accepting us for what we are, and try to be the best we can do. Engage with the hobbies and activities we like. Rejoice and laugh.
Keep in our hearts and minds that every refusal we receive is destined by God. All that must be in accordance with our lives.
Maybe God is training we are willing to face a daring case with hope.
Luqman Al-Hakim advised his son, "O my son, if there is something happen to you, just as you like or hate, say in your heart, that is the best for you .. '
Allah Almighty will fulfill what is chosen for us, not what we choose for ourselves, and at the time He specifies, not at the time we ask.
CLOSING: REJECTED IS NOT THE CASE, BUT HOW DO WE GUARD THE FEELING OF BEING REJECTED
Rejection is not the real problem faced by most people. The problem here is how we are able to escort us when we are rejected.
Cubalah be reasonable, calm and balanced.
Do not feel weak and low, even if you seem to lose confidence, and have despaired.
God is never negligent. Every time the rejection we receive, there must be a ibrah or a valuable lesson. Among them:
God wants to train mentally to be willing to face the reality of life
Accepting every destiny God sets and confident in Him.
Stand up, and believe how every incident, there must be a precious lesson that is still hidden. waiting for time to appear. In the meantime we have to raise the chest and always positive thinking.
