Why equate love with monogamy?
There are plenty of other ways to show appreciation and commitment.
Love for one person is not devalued by love for another.

Don't confuse your feelings with love. Sometimes what you feel is not love. Sometimes your perspective is foul from the start. Love cannot be corrupted by your actions and intents. Love is not a plot in a movie, it doesn't change because someone died of unjust causes. Love is not a season, it doesn't change because you are suddenly cold or hot. Your perception however can be altered by desire alone.

I once told these words to someone: if you try to let someone believe you that you love her, even if you know-you DON'T. You are not breaking only one's heart, but you are breaking two hearts." Such an insecure man you are, i bet inside that chest is all but empty and dark.

And I feel that there's a double that resides in our hearts. One that wants to give up and the other that wants to fight even when it's wrecked by people. And isn't that beautiful. Being scarred but always fighting and not giving up. Maybe that's how the flowers bloom even in those wild spaces.

This could easily makes you question your self-worth. And just plain cruel. Is it that hard to be honest with your feelings and have the dignity to leave when love is gone? Why hurt the person you once loved that way?
