We started to stroll along a path trough a protected nature reservoir, just for the fun of being outside and having a few beer with a nice view.
Walking along for 30 minutes we spotted a big, white thing in the distance. Getting close to it our jaws dropped by quite a bit !
Apparently we just discovered an old ESA station. ESA is the European counterpart to the NASA.
This is the entrance "gate". You can probably guess it was not that hard to get inside the area.
Here are some pictures of the satellite, it probably is about 15 meters high.
The complex probably goes underground as well, as there are many entrances like this that seem to lead nowhere. Unfortunately they are all locked tight.
Here are some pictures of the two buildings surrounding the satellite. They can not be accessed aswell. We developed some some conspiracy theories about all this. Most likely they store aliens in liquor down there.
This building has an electric sound when you stand close enough to it. Makes one wonder if it really is that abandoned. More investigations will follow soon and more mysteries uncovered !
This is the view from the rooftop. The ladder upwards was pretty rusty and shaky. Some Alien entity must have protected us from crashing it whilst going up. Those antennas look strange for sure. It might just be proton cannons as well for all i know ;)
It puzzled us all to see some freshly cut wood. Made us wonder even more what is going on there. As we all are professional conspiracy theorists, we had to assume they shoot those wooden block into space. Space Vampires are a real thread to mankind and must be stopped. That must be why they operated that station, to shoot Space Vampires in the heart before they get us all. What a noble mission!
And here comes the masterpiece of this photo collection. You guys can be sure this is my original picture series and no stolen content. There was no ladder going up the satellite, so we had to climb it up. Who needs ladders anyways. This was just asking for a Jack and Rose homage. Truly a heartwarming moment, that will be remebered.
