Sleeping on the stomach is putting pressure on all your organs, ultimately leading to nerve damage and heart problems. The best option is to sleep on your back. The only time you need to avoid this condition is if you suffer from sleep apnea.

I couldn't agree with you more! I always suspected the popcorn thing, I mean I know almost everything done in the microwave is bad for our health but the popcorn in particular does seem to be kinda obvious judging by the smell. If you buy organic corn and do it yourself, it has almost no smell at all. Chemical much, huh?
