6 rules for a productive weekend
The weekend consists of 48 hours. They are not enough to do what your mind is doing. It is important, however, to be prepared and rational to use the time. This way the weekend can be more productive in many ways - homework, meeting friends and relatives, rest, etc.
Today we will reveal to you all the secrets of "spending the weekend with the benefit of the soul and body".
1. Do not lie till noon
A major mistake many people face is the desire to sleep during the weekend. This causes them to lie down until noon, then continues to sleep afterward.
Since you do not have to go to work, it does not mean that it's a good idea to get up to it. We are not saying that this practice is harmful to the soul and body. You may occasionally blink, but with a book in hand or watching a favorite series.
But we advise you not to spend your weekends. Why? Because the body follows natural rhythms and is accustomed to a marginal sleeping and waking regime. Remember - a healthy sleep lasts 6-8 hours.
2. Day sleep - excellent recharging of the body
You probably remember how you resisted the afternoon sleep as a child. It turns out that the light slumber in these hours of the day is also useful for the elderly. Allows you to recover your strength, increase productivity and level of attention.
You only need 10-20 minutes to sleep.
3. Do not forget the training
Often people use the weekend to relax and forget about everything. This is no reason to opt out of physical activity. Plan to have something to do every day - whether a workout or a walk.
4. Eat white chocolate
It is no secret to anyone that chocolate has magic properties. One of them is to stimulate dopamine production - a substance that is responsible for the sense of pleasure. It also maintains our memory and keeps our energy at a high level.
5. Monday's thoughts must be ignored
After a heavy Sunday, the thought of the upcoming Monday may break your spirit. Stress and anxiety on this occasion are well known even to people whose work is just satisfaction.
Many people say that if we think of the next one at the weekend, we can better adjust to the working atmosphere.
6. Do not overdo the break
Do not throw yourself up to anything you did not have time or strength during the week. These are just two days. The overload will be felt even during the first working days following the holidays.

Well put but I like no.3. A active weekend tends to help you loosen up and shed any calories you might have accumulated during the week if you are the office type. Thanks for the insights.
